Lisa Baldewin, Principal
A management evaluation once described Lisa as having an overwhelming desire to bring order out of chaos. It was an unexpected statement at the time, but it accurately describes the path of her 25-year-long career spent finding unique solutions to business problems, primarily in the field service industry.
A mechanical engineer with an early interest in computers, Lisa has combined a love of analysis and an understanding of technology into decades of process & system improvements. Using data and employee input, she has removed roadblocks to automation and implemented solutions to streamline work across the entire value stream; from the call center to billing, dispatch, technicians, and more. She can lead companies mired in complex practices to a place where they can grow.
Lisa graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
